I have been taking my meow meow here for just over a year and it is the best! The first time I arrived within 15 minutes of closing time. There was one employee that I now know uses the smaller room to the right of the entrance. She informed me that they prefer all cats come in before 1pm (it well past 1pm), she also informed me that all the cat groomers had left for the day. Then with a smile on her face she asked if I would like her to cut my cats nails since I was already there. Without hesitation I gladly accepted. Today I came in; at 1130 am, I know the rules now; and was welcomed by a gentleman who directed me to Ariel. Ariel has cut my meows nails multiple times, she always listens to me about Annabella's (the cat) preferences. You see the last groomer we went to took Annabella to a different room with loud barking dogs without me. I tried to advise them that that was not a good idea; Annabella gets nervous around dogs of course. But she gets afraid when she is without me. Again, I advised against taking Annabella away from me but was reassured that they do this all the time. Annabella came back with one paws nails trimmed, two nails pulled out on another paw BLEEDING and bleeding scratch's on her belly and arms. She was petrified and even tried to attack me when brought back to the room. Long story longer; thank you Ariel for being so open and so welcoming when I ask you every time I come in if I can hold Annabella versus hooking up her collar to the table. Thank you for seeing that we were nervous a few months ago so you cut her nails in the main lobby when there was a barking dog in the main grooming room. Thank you for being kind. I have been taking my dogs to Jan and her groomers for several years. Cannot say enuff good things about the attitudes and kindness of these folks! I LOVE the way my Goldens look after the owner has groomed them!! And now that they have their new, lovely larger grooming center with a great store attached, this is definitely the place to bring your pets! The store is amazing, with high quality, natural and holistic foods that will keep you from paying all those vet bills for allergies and hot spots! I will recommend Clip N Clean to all my friends….a friend referred me!

I just wanted to say what a great experience I had at Clip N Clean. My dog is very afraid to have anyone touch her. Grace was exceptional with approaching and taking her time with my dog Roxy and she actually warmed up to her. I will highly recommend Clip N Clean to all of my family and friends.

Jan is always so wonderful and takes care of my babies every time I take them in. What’s even great is when I call someone always answers and usually can get them in in short notice when needed. I try to make an appointment when I remember, but I love that Jan always manages to fit us in, when I can’t. They’ve moved to a bigger location on Clayton Road and I love that they have a store too now that if I need something while I’m there I can pick it up when I get the babies.

I brought my Maltese in today and they did a wonderful job. Picked up some wet food for a treat also since my malti boy pouts after his grooms. I am so happy to have found a new groomer that does great work after decided to leave Dogs Will Play. Clip n Clean is the best!

I have had my pup to several groomers in the year that I’ve had her (Maltese, needs grooming once a month.) Of all the places I’ve tried, this is absolutely THE BEST. In fact, I had already bought a Groupon to another place that I’d used before, but this place is so much superior I am just taking the loss on the Groupon to continue to come here. They are polite, professional and quick. Jan, the groomer I’ve used, treats my dog like I would treat her! I was especially pleased by the fact that Jan used a body band for most of the grooming instead of a collar. Being a tiny dog, she chokes easily and having the body restraint worked so much better!!! My pup was always a bit fearful of the groomers, but since using this place, she even stands still for ME when I groom her. Can’t say enough good!

They always take my little dachshund in the morning without any appointment. I realize that he is a pretty easy groom, but they take him with a smile and do a really good job!

I brought my Chewy here for his first grooming. He is a Shitzu mix. As I drove up I could see two happy dogs up on the table relaxed and enjoying a trim. The Lady who helped me I believe was the owner was kind and interested in my pooch. I left Chewy there for about 2 hours and when I returned my dog was happy smelled good and had a little hair left. He was matted to the skin. Long and short of it. My dog is happy and I felt like he was safe being left there. I look forward to bringing him back and for his next trip and bath.

Our Little Poodle, Buddy has been going to clipnclean for a number of years, (more than 5) and we are so pleased at the way he is cared for. Gracie, the owner usually takes care of him and he is so beautifully done each time. No trauma when he gets home and looks wonderful for weeks after being groomed. I am so pleased with everyone at this establishment that I will never take our precious Buddy anywhere else. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

I’ve taken my small poodle-mix cleaned and clipped several times and they’ve done a great job every time. It’s usually easy to get an appt. and they have Saturday hours. How can you go wrong with that? The place is kind of in the back of a strip mall, but the people are great!

Clip-N-Clean is the best dog groomer I’ve been to. They are fast, and my puppy always looks great. My dog doesn’t seem scared when we get there (she usually shakes at other places) and you can tell they really care about the quality of work they do. I would recommend them to any one looking for a new groomer!

They are wonderful at Clip N Clean – my dog loves to go – he comes home smelling wonderful and looking so clean and neat. They work with you to tailor the cut to the season so they don’t take off too much in winter, etc. They are so kind and loving to the animals. We love this place!

I have been going to Clip n Clean for the past 10 yrs at least. My dog Jake is so comfortable there that he jumps up on the table, or did before he got arthritis. They always do a great job on him, and I have no reservations about leaving him in their care. Thanks Grace, your the best!!!

I have been bringing my dogs to Clip N Clean for years. I have tried a few other places in betwen, but always end up coming back. The groomers are always happy, helpful and friendly. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that the owner is also one of the dog groomers. They all seem to take great pride in the work that they do. My dogs are always excited to go and get groomed. They are never traumatized and really enjoy being pampered. Clip N Clean’s staff are efficient and professional groomers, they call me as soon as my dogs are done, so I can pick them up. They don’t like to keep them in the kennels any longer than necassary, which I really appreciate. Also, the salon is always clean and smells fresh, other than the dogs barking happily, you might not know it’s a grooming shop when you walk in. This is a long review, but Clip N Clean Pet Grooming Salon and the groomers are well worth it. Keep up the great work and thank you.

I Love Clip N Clean!! I have tried others but none can compare. The owner and employees are wonderful, the place is clean, animals are well taken care of. My 95 lb. pooch always enjoys her visits and we’ve been coming back for 4 years now!
